Total orders between $1.00-49.00 add $7.00 for shipping.
Total orders between $50.00-$99.00 add $11.00 for shipping.

Gift wrap is available at $4 per item.
* Please note FREE shipping only applies to orders shipped within the
continental U.S., and are sent via UPS GROUND. UPS Overnight Delivery is
available for an additional charge. Furniture and oversized items will
incur an additional shipping charge. FREE shipping only applies to
internet orders. Phone orders will incur our standard shipping charge of
$11.00. Merchandise obtained through redemption of gift certificates is
subject to shipping charges.
For orders outside of the continental US, please inquire for specific rates.
Regarding international orders, all duty and customs fees are the responsibility
of the customer. In-stock items are usually shipped within 24-48 hours.
In the event that a requested item is out of stock, you will be contacted in
regards to the estimated delivery date.
Bridal
Registry Shipping
For bridal registry orders, please include the name of the registrant(s)
and any personal message you would like us to pass on to them. Bridal
registry orders include complimentary gift wrap and shipping.*

for an additional charge. Furniture and oversized items will incur an
additional shipping charge. We reserve the right to enforce a minimum on
registered items and also to combine gift shipments.
Internet
Return Policy
Returns will be accepted for store credit only, for two weeks following the
delivery date of ordered items. We will not accept any returns without
prior return authorization. You must call for return authorization, before
sending product back. All returned items must be returned in its original
packing materials and the merchandise must be in unused condition. There
will be no reimbursement of shipping charges. There are no returns or
exchanges of the following: SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS, SALE ITEMS, CHINA,
FLATWARE, CRYSTAL, JEWELRY, or HANDBAGS.
Special
Order Status
You may notice that some items are designated as special order items.
Although you will have to be a bit more patient, we have included these items in
order to provide you with the widest selection possible. The normal lead
time for special orders is approximately four weeks, but that lead time will
vary by manufacturer. In the event that an item is backordered from one of
our manufacturers, we will do our best to keep you posted on the estimate
delivery date, but we can not be held responsible for the extended delay.
